Once again Kings Boxing Academy return triumphant with another outstanding victory in London. The team are riding high with their top Champion boxer Charlie Ryder who took another high ranking London scalp, returning with the London ABA welter-weight Challenge Belt. Female boxers sharpening up in the gym

Kings Boxing Academy are proud to announce the crowning of a new Queen, Maddie Micklewright has smashed a 10 year drought of a female boxer competing in the ring for the club. We have many females come to train but not compete in the ring. Little 11 year old Maddie took up the challenge and earned her place in the Royal Household. Three Kings boxers triumph with barnstorming bouts in Bude

Kings Boxing Academy started the boxing season with a slight setback with unbeaten George Clark coming up against a tough boxer in his first contest to kick off the season in Launceston on 6th October. A difficult task for Clark to out-box and tame a hard hitting, strong, non-stop punching opponent, 19 year old Clark (71 KG) unfortunately lost this contest on a close points decision. Kings Boxing Academy support Cuban Boxing Club

We’ve sent used boxing gloves to a club in Cuba. Terry Griffiths, a former-Army boxing champion became good friends with Mario Kindelan following a visit to the city of Holguibn in Cuba. Boxers there are training with limited equipment “rather than using proper punch bags, they train with big lorry tyres attached together with chains”
